My new budgie parakeet is stuck in a hole?

I just got a male budgie parakeet, and tried taking him out of his cage for the first time. He found a hole that I didn't even know about that led to the back of my dishwasher. He's okay, but he isn't coming out. I tried coaxing him out by playing female budgie chirping and mating calls and his favorite food and he isn't coming out! It's been fifteen minutes. How do I get him out?!
