I found a nest on the ground with baby birds in them?

It fell out of the tree. The nest is as big as a squirrel nest and it has a little hold that leads into it and there's about 2 or 3 babies in it. I put it in my trailer full of branches and I heard the mommy chirping at me, will it be able to still care for the babies or do I need to call someone to take care of them?
