Can i lose weight just by weight training and diet management, and without any cardio workout?
I was on a weight loss regime and was working hard to shed 20 kg before my marriage in nov this year. I successfully lost 10 kg in 3 months and was happy with my progress.but 15 days ago i met a road accident and suffered multiple fractures in fibula.i was operated upon and now i m confined to bed for next 2 months. i m afraid all my hard work will be ruined, will gain my weight back and later on too it will b impossible to shed weight without cardio..because with a weak fibula, cardio workout will b next to impossible.are there any cardio exercises that i can do? Can yoga help ?or, can i lose weight only with weight training combined with diet mangement??What should i do..i desperately need to lose weight.plz help..
