How can I make him want to move out?

I dont want to just come out and say get out now! He is living in my shed/mini house without mine or my wifes permission. Our landlord (a friend) said he could because the sheds are her property. Well we are handling that situation by talking to the landlord. We told her it wasnt ok but she isnt going to make him leave. So what can my wife and I do to make him want to move. Are there things we can do to make him so sick of us he wants to get out? My wife is already blasting rap music (which she hates, but she know so does he) into the night but not loud enough to bother the neighbors. Is there anything else like this that we can do. Oh she talked to this guy and he also said he wasnt leaving. If nothing else works we call the cops. So any help that doesnt include telling him to leave would be great. Our landlords live next door so he is using their electricity (omly because the extension cord cant reach out outlet) and he eats there. However, he is using our water. He didnt even ask us. In fact he hasnt asked us about any of this **** and we want him out.
