Hair falling out! Do I have Alopecia?

My hair tends to fall out quite a bit, it's difficult to say how much, maybe 10-12 hairs about every 4-5 times I brush it/tie it up/take it down? In the shower maybe a bit more than that, I have no bald patches, and don't seem to show other symptoms of alopecia, but my hair does seem to shed quite a bit..
