New Parakeets i have some questions.?

okay this is intersting....so im guessing the blue one is a boy and the other is a girl because boys are more interactive than girls its seemed you got ripped off because were im from [CA} there $15 at most] they dont drink in front of people that much and they hardly drink at all you can pet them if they allow you to because they like it mine scratch its head all the time and its perfectly healthy if they are wild i suggest clipping there wings so theyll get tame [mine were wild and unclipped and one flew out the window so then i clipped the others wing and now were bestfriends] if they eat from your hand that means they trust you if they COMPLETLEY trust you its ok to let them out with unclipped wings otherwise if they dont trust you they may fly into a window or somthin they give themselves showers ummmmm i think thats it good luck
