Baby bird with broken leg! should i help it?

So today i found a baby bird in my yard. its still chirping but it cant walk. i put something to shade it and im not sure if i should do i anything else. I think a human might have already touched it. PLEASE HELP. and if i do take it in, what do i feed it and do..
