They shouldn't have put you in a position like this in the first place... if you want to take her out but don't want public attention, try making up a picnic lunch and taking her for a picnic, to a park where there isn't many people, outdoors sound doesn't travel as far and less people would notice, while you still can show the girl a nice day out.
