Baby bird fell out of nest- need help quick!?

The bird must have fallen out an hour ago. It's very feathery, but it doesn't look like it can fly, and it doesn't chirp much. I can hear it's parents calling, but they are not coming to help it. Also, the nest is too high to reach... What should I do? Leave it alone? Give it food? Help!
